Post Graduate Diploma in "Service Manager" – 1st Edition A.Y. 2026/2027 - PROJECT IN PHASE OF DEPLOYMENT

The Master’s program was created to address the growing need for specialized training in service management within manufacturing companies. The primary objectives are:

• Training the Service Manager of the future: A professional with 360-degree responsibility for supervising after-sales assistance and developing advanced services, such as pay-per-use or leasing.
• Bridging the educational gap: Providing multidisciplinary skills, both managerial and engineering-based, to manage the transition from products to services (servitization).
• Responding to market challenges: Equipping participants with the tools needed to navigate changing customer needs, technological innovation, and sustainability.
• Practical and rigorous approach: Adopting innovative teaching methodologies and applying management principles across diverse industrial contexts.

• Duration: One year (November 2026 – October 2027).
• Format: Classes will be held primarily online on Thursday afternoons, Fridays, and Saturday afternoons.
• Location: In-person activities will take place at the DiSSTE in Vercelli or at partner venues of the ASAP Center.
• Attendance: Mandatory for at least 75% of the hours.
• Educational Workload: 60 total ECTS (1,500 hours), distributed as follows: 304 hours of lectures, 646 hours of individual study, 525 hours of internship, and 25 hours for the final exam.

The program includes intermediate assessments at the end of each course module (multiple-choice tests or open-ended questions). The Level I University Master’s Degree is awarded following the successful discussion of a thesis. These assessments are not required for auditors.

Auditors who meet the mandatory attendance requirements will instead be issued a certificate of attendance.
