aa) Requirements for admission and Enrollment

Application and Enrollment
Application and Enrollment for the academic year 2025/2026 will open on February 28, 2025.
Italian candidates
Candidates must submit the online pre-enrolment form enclosing the following documents:
- A Curriculum Vitae;
- A copy of the Bachelor’s Degree;
- A self-certification of the career plan of the previous university path, indicating the exams taken, the related scientific disciplinary sectors, the credits earned and the mark obtained for each exam;
- A certificate proving proficiency in English (level B2). If no certificate is uploaded, language proficiency will be assessed through an interview.
The Didactic Committee will evaluate all the documents and confirm or not the eligibility to the candidate by e-mail.
If considered eligible, candidates will receive an acceptance letter and will be invited to proceed with the formal enrolment through the university portal, following the instructions at this link: https://www.uniupo.it/en/studentinfo/enrolments
Candidates from EU or other countries where VISA to enter Italy is not required
Candidates must submit the online pre-enrolment form enclosing the following documents:
- A Curriculum Vitae;
- A copy of the Bachelor’s Degree in English or Italian (if the original diploma is in a different language, a legalized translation of the diploma is required);
- A transcript, containing information on the exams taken, the related scientific disciplinary sectors, the credits earned and the mark obtained for each exam;
- The diploma supplement (if available, for students graduated in an EU university) or the Certificate of comparability and verification issued by CIMEA.
- A certificate proving proficiency in English (level B2). If no certificate is uploaded, language proficiency will be assessed through an interview.
The Didactic Committee will evaluate all the documents and confirm or not the eligibility to the candidate by e-mail.

Candidates from other countries where VISA to enter Italy is required
Candidates must submit the online pre-enrolment form by the end of July 2025, enclosing the following documents:
- A Curriculum Vitae;
- A copy of the Bachelor’s Degree in English or Italian (if the original diploma is in a different language, a legalized translation of the diploma is required);
- A transcript, containing information on the exams taken, the related scientific disciplinary sectors, the credits earned and the mark obtained for each exam;
- The Declaration of Value (issued by the embassy of the country where the candidate graduated), the Certificate of comparability and verification issued by CIMEA or the diploma supplement (for students graduated in university within European Union);
- A certificate proving proficiency in English (level B2). If no certificate is uploaded, language proficiency will be assessed through an interview.
The Didactic Committee will evaluate all the documents and confirm or not the eligibility to the candidate by e-mail.
If considered eligible, candidates will receive an acceptance letter and will be invited to proceed with the pre-enrolment through the Universitaly portal. The pre-registration process for the 2025/2026 academic year through the Universitaly ministerial portal has not yet started. We will update this information as soon as more details become available.
The formal enrolment will take place only once the University of Eastern Piedmont has verified the actual suitability of the foreign qualification and the authenticity of the documentation produced, even after the Study Visa has been obtained.
